In 2021, the Datastream company supplied software products and services for technical support of equipment, produced by Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
In particular, for the needs of the state department, provided the Licenses of CheckPoint Smartevent and Smartreporter Blade for 5 Gateways for one year. Software products CheckPoint Enterprise Based Protection – Next Generation Threat Extraction, which includes IPS, APCL, URLF, AV, ABOT, ASPM, TX and TE blades were supplied for one year.
It should be noted that Check Point offers a full range of support programs for its customers. Therefore, for the needs of the State Border Guard Service, Datastream also became a provider of technical support services of the Check Point hardware and software complex of the Collaborative Enterprise Support Standard level.
In particular, using the Collaborative Enterprise Support Support Program, the customer is able to contact technical support engineers that will respond to the first level of importance for 30 minutes, as well as round -the -clock access to online knowledge base and prompt update.
In confirming the professional approach to the implementation of the projects, Datastream complied with all the requirements for the quality and operational documentation for the products that have been supplied.
Datastream specialists regularly undergo Check Point training in order to increase the competence of technical specialists. In confirmation of qualification and high awareness in the product of a leader in the field of protection against cyber threats, in 2021 two important certificates were obtained: Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) and Check Poin Certified Security Expert Exper.
As a result of the victory in the tender and in accordance with all the terms of the signed contract, the Datastream company successfully implemented the project and received a favorable response from the customer, namely from Military Unit 2428, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
